Eagle Street Partners is a pan-European real estate investment and asset manager with offices in Dublin, Ireland and London, UK. It is focused primarily on the UK and Ireland and other select European markets.

Eagle Street was founded by Justin Bickle and Shane Scully, focused on thematic real estate investment strategies and building vertically integrated operating platforms to support these strategies. Real estate investment strategies comprise residential, life sciences, and commercial offices, where Eagle Street believe there is significant value to be unlocked through local knowledge and networks, active asset management, and vertically integrated operating platforms.

Since December 2020, Eagle Street has deployed in excess of €650 million of capital across the residential and commercial office sectors, with combined deal size above €1 billion. Our growing team of 14 represents a unique blend of expertise in ground up development, operational real estate, active asset management, and institutional investment. Eagle Street partners with institutional investors and asset managers across each of the sectors in which its active: Arrow Global in commercial offices, Nuveen Real Estate and Harrison Street Real Estate in residential.

We acquire, develop, refurbish and manage real estate assets and portfolios in our target markets.

We invest in commercial property, residential, hospitality and life sciences assets which can be acquired or created to deliver attractive returns.

We unlock value during the acquisition, development and asset management phases, to create institutional calibre assets and achieve investment scale through our dedicated operating platforms, such as Resident Space.
