Bob Crompton is Eagle Street’s Senior Advisor.

Bob is a veteran of the property industry and the former CEO of 360 Developments, The Student Housing Company and Knightsbridge Student Housing.

Bob is experienced in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial real estate development and management in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Bob founded his student housing business in 2010 with two people. The business was sold in 2016/17 for £1.6 billion, having created a portfolio of 43 schemes in 23 cities, mainly by development.

Earlier in his career, Bob was a Managing Director of St James Homes (Berkeley Group PLC).

Bob is a qualified engineer and holds an MBA. He was awarded a Property Week Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016. As a senior advisor to Eagle Street, Bob supports the team in strategic decision making and project delivery, particularly in relation to their operating platforms.
