Gina McDonald is Eagle Street’s Operating Partner.

Gina is an experienced executive with a career that spans senior HR roles at Diageo, British Aerospace and EMI Music and advisory roles in the operations teams of major PE houses, Terra Firma Capital Partners, Oaktree and Cerberus Capital Management.

Gina has played an integral role in diligence projects spanning multiple countries and industry sectors, building strong management teams post acquisition and supporting a number of operating platforms from inception.

Having managed and advised global HR functions, in addition to owning a number of businesses in the hospitality and construction industries, Gina brings to Eagle Street her significant experience in due diligence, operational platform creation and scaling, change management, executive recruitment and remuneration and organisational design.

She has a degree in Psychology from Cambridge University.
