Conor is a Senior Associate at Eagle Street.

Conor joined Eagle Street from Lioncor Developments, a residential developer focused on the delivery of PRS units in the Irish market, in conjunction with Oaktree.

He was part of the acquisition team helping underwrite investment transactions and managing the pipeline of assets acquired.

Conor started his career in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice working on a variety of corporate restructurings, formal insolvencies, forensic accounting, and advisory appointments.

Conor holds a Business and Economics degree from Trinity College Dublin, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and is finalising a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School.
