Cormac is Eagle Street’s Chief Commercial Officer.

Cormac started his career in Savills in Dublin, and has held senior roles in the Mirvac Group in Sydney, Keppel REIT in Singapore, Warren Private Clients and Pepper Asset Servicing in Dublin.

Cormac was Head of Real Estate for Pepper Advantage Ireland for over 5 years and managed a real estate portfolio valued in excess of €8bn. This role included devising and implementing complex asset management strategies across all asset classes in multiple jurisdictions, as well as overseeing the real estate diligence on NPL portfolios with assets valued in excess of €30bn during this period. Cormac also sat on Peppers Credit Committee which opined on debt restructures, loan settlements, asset strategy and sales. Key clients during this period included Goldman Sachs, Carval, Apollo and KKR.

Prior to joining Eagle Street, Cormac operated his own real estate advisory firm, Pembroke Property and his key client during this period was Cerberus Capital Management who exclusively contracted him to source and acquire industrial/logistics assets in Ireland for the SIRE fund.

Cormac holds a Degree from Oxford Brooks University in Real Estate Management.
