Jane is Director of Investment, Product & Living at Resident Space

Jane joined Eagle Street from Cushman & Wakefield, where she spent over 9 years in their Capital markets team working on the disposal and acquisitions of all asset types including Offices, Logistics, Retail and Residential and more recently has specialised in the growing Residential sector, focusing on residential advisory, acquisitions and disposals for a wide range of investor and developer clients. Prior to this Jane was a surveyor at Knight Frank where she worked in the office agency department.

Covering all aspects of the PRS / BTR markets including opportunity identification, input at design process, sales and acquisition management together with underwriting and structuring deals, she has advised clients on PRS/BTR, Co-living and Long-Term Leasing across more than 10,000 units and has overseen investment transactions in excess of €1BN.

Jane has a degree in Property Economics from Technology University Dublin, is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of SCSI and RICS.
