Richard is Head of Construction at Resident Space

Richard joined Eagle Street from Glenveagh Properties PLC where he was Head of Engineering. He had responsibility controlling supply chain of units with the delivery of a timber frame facility coupled with a supply contract, in addition to being responsible for delivering standardisation across the unit design and innovation to the unit design and delivery.

Prior to Glenveagh, Richard spent 3 years working on the Gorgon LNG Project, on Barrow Island in Western Australia. The Gorgon LNG Project was one of the World’s largest LNG projects and 10 years with a Main Frame and Precast Concrete Contractor that also have a Residential Development division.

Richard started his career in Heavy Civils after completing a Degree in Engineering from University College, Dublin.
