Tom Ryan is a Senior Associate at Eagle Street.

Tom is experienced across the real estate sector, spending time in both residential as an analyst with Glenveagh Properties PLC and in commercial as an analyst with Hibernia REIT PLC.

As a member of the Glenveagh team, Tom was involved in helping deliver Glenveagh’s PRS strategy in Dublin with Shane Scully, as well as its suburban housebuilding.

With Hibernia, Tom worked as part of the Investment team in the delivery of offices, the disposal of assets, and overall company strategy.

Earlier in his career Tom spent time with Munster Rugby as a senior squad member. Tom has a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College.
